Host Your Draft In Margins.
You want to run your whole draft inside of Margins. Here's how it works.
Step 1
Start a new draft in Margins.
- Click + Add Your League and select how you want to input your settings. You can import from a platform or start fresh.
- Select Real Draft and Margins Hosted Draft.
- Name your draft and select how many teams you have.
- In the advanced settings you can modify your roster spots and scoring settings.
Step 2
Invite your league.
- Go to the teams tab in settings.
- Copy the link and send it to your league.
- Setup the team names, assign owners, and provide the right access.
- Online or Hybrid Draft: Read/Write allows managers to draft remotely and change their name while using all Margins tooling.
- In Person Draft: View only allows managers to follow the draft and use Margins tooling as their team but not draft remotely.
Step 3
Setup commissioner settings.
- Go to the commissioner tab in settings.
- Set a pick clock duration.
- Set if you want auto-pick.
- Set how auto-pick operates. Queue is always taken first.
Step 4
Start your live draft.
- Start the draft and watch the picks roll in.
- Use the tools in Margins, including its AI chat, to find your next pick.
- The commissioner has the ability to pause and undo picks.
